                        Fee Schedule

Some of our potential clients request fees before we have an  opportunity
to discuss their program, meeting or project.  While we would like to have
a discussion prior to quoting the fee, the  following is Shep's typical fee
schedule, and can at least serve as a guideline.  To get a firm quote, please
contact our office.  

Keynote length (up to 90 minutes)     $15,000.00
Half-day (approximately 3 hours)      $15,000.00
Full-day *  (approximately 6 hours)   $20,000.00

Cult of the Customer Experience      $15,000.00
(approximately 4-5 hours including working breakfast)

These fees are for the 48 contiguous states.  Please call for fee quotes for
Alaska, Hawaii, "remote" (hard to get to) destinations and any
international bookings.

TRAVEL EXPENSES:  For most cities in the 48 contiguous states,
client will be responsible for ground transportation (from airport to hotel
and back to airport) and hotel.
Shep will cover all other travel
expenses which includes air, meals, parking at St. Louis airport,
etc.   
Please contact us to discuss travel expenses for Alaska, Hawaii and
international destinations.  

The above fees are subject to change.  In addition, some clients request
consultation, on-site visits and additional research which could increase
the fee.   

* A full-day program is approximately six to seven hours (not including
lunch) in length.  Please contact us for a quote regarding multiple programs
throughout the day.
