Happy New Year! As we close out the year and begin a new one, I thought about what has been trending over the last year or so and what will be important for us to consider as we move forward. Here are just five, but I think a very important five, are customer service and experience trends to consider.
These are just five of the many trends that are happening in the world of customer service and customer experience. I wanted to share ideas that you could do as an individual, such as number five, as well as ideas that your company might consider implementing, if they aren’t already doing so.
