Happy New Year! This is the season when many people (and companies) take time to reset and prepare to kick off the new year. Some have already made their plan. Others choose to do it at the beginning of the year. It doesn’t matter when you choose to reset as long as you do it. So, for this first article, I’d like to offer up something to consider.
