Customer Service Training: When you’re done… you’re not done!

It happens all the time. As a customer, you interact with good people who don’t seem to deliver great customer service. They are nice, even knowledgeable, but they don’t seem to be what I call customer-focused. So, I took a few minutes to talk to several people about how they were trained.
